# Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket, reserving a place, or attending any of our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ### 1. Ticket Purchases & Reservations All ticket purchases and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the organisers. ### 2. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their reservation or ticket up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event are non-refundable and may not be transferred unless agreed otherwise by the organisers. ### 3. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a ticket, deny entry, or cancel any reservation or booking at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide an explanation. ### 4. Event Changes We reserve the right to change the venue, timing, format, or other event details where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. ### 5. Behaviour Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and the venue. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund. ### 6. Liability Attendance is at the participant’s own risk. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. ### 7. Photography & Media Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, guests consent to appearing in such content unless they notify the organisers otherwise in advance. ### 8. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
